Road Patchings Scheduled for This Week on St. Thomas
As the Department of Public Works continues with its efforts to make roads drivable since hurricanes Irma and Maria, temporary road repairs will resume this week on St. Thomas.
On Friday, December 1, Bunker Hill will be closed to the motoring public from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., to allow for the patching of several major potholes. The Department is requesting all vehicles be removed to allow adequate space for heavy equipment.
The following outlines the schedule of other areas patchings will be done this week:
Monday, November 27
Route 38 - Four Winds/ Tutu Fire Station vicinity
Tuesday, November 28
Route 30 - Frenchmanâs Bay Road
Wednesday, November 29
Contant in the area of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovahâs Witnesses Church
Thursday, November 30
Route 38 - Cassi Hill
