Landscaping Project, St. Thomas

 The Department of Public Works is informing the community of a landscaping project that began earlier this month on St. Thomas. DPW Contractor – Island Designs, LLC – will landscape the two medians along Moravian Highway, nearest to the airport entrance. The goal is to not only enhance the visual aesthetics of the area, but to also create a welcoming environment for residents and visitors upon their entrance to the territory. The scope of this beautification project includes the installation of plants, landscape fabric, mulch, decorative stones, boulders and irrigation.
