Estate Neltjberg Road, St. Thomas
Details:
The Department of Public Works (DPW) is advising the community of upcoming roadwork in Estate Neltjberg, St. Thomas.
A recent heavy rainfall, combined with a nearby excavation project caused the roadway to be compromised. DPW Contractor — Rumina Construction, LLC — has mobilized on-site and will begin to construct a concrete retaining wall on February 3, 2023.
To ensure motorists’ safety, one-lane closures will be in effect for the duration of the project. Temporary traffic systems will be placed on site. This project is expected to be completed by the end of February 2023.
The Department of Public Works appreciates the community’s patience as they work to improve road conditions throughout the territory.
