A road naming ceremony was held today, March 3, 2022, at Crown Bay Center, honoring and commending the late Athniel C. “Addie” Ottley. Mr. Ottley was honored for his tireless years of informing and educating the public on current and past community issues and by keeping the radio waves open in times of imminent danger to the community. The stretch of roadway in Subbase, St. Thomas, starting at the Pueblo Supermarket intersection and ending at the school lunch intersection, is hereby named the Athniel C. “Addie” Ottley Drive, and will henceforth be a testament to his work in the territory.
