The Department of Public Works gave back to the community as part of their annual holiday food drive territory-wide. Donations went to the Collective Collaboration on St. Croix; Bethlehem House on St. Thomas and the Mount Caramel Catholic Church Charities on St. John.

Members of the U.S. Coast Guard volunteered to assist the Department of Public Works with patching efforts on the eastern end of St. Croix for an event called “Pothole-a-ween.” Members of the agencies—some dressed in Halloween costumes—began patching from Cheese Burgers in Paradise and ended at the Cramer’s Park Entrance.
